The site using my domain is being redirected to the main page of prestashop ?

I am creating my webstore using the cloud of prestashop.
Now trying to activate the site (preference/ maintenance / yes), I am realizing that using the domain "www.h-s-n.fr", I am redirected to the prestashop mainpage.
Which function have I configurated incorrectly ? How can my store become visible ?

In fact, yes, I followed the instructions and the process
Now I am realizing that my store is visible via the adress : "h-s-n.fr" but not "www.h-s-n.fr", how come ?

This should be added to the DNS of your domain. Please ask your domain provider (Where you bought your domain) for to check DNS settings.
