Missing meta description tags (for home category)

Hi, 

i have SEO meta tag problem on my site 

 

Missing meta description tags

/index.php?id_cms_category=1&controller=cms

 

i cannot find where to add this meta description tag as it doesnt appear in Prefferences > CMS  to be able to select/edit 

my server uses cpanel, i tried viewing codes like controller cms but  couldnt find anything obvious that could edit home category (id1) meta description tag.

I am new to prestashop and spent few days on finding info for this matter but with no luck..

please help anyone?
