Clients Oder confirmation mail not sending

Hy everyone,

 

I've got a very annoying problem. I've configured my shop and I'm testing orders. So everything looks fine. Orders are beein placed correctly through my PSP.

The only thing is that the order confirmation mail is not being sent to the client.

 

I have choose the php mail system in the backoffice and it's working fine when sending à test e-mail.

 

I also can send order status change mails like "order has been shipped". The only mails that is not beein sent is the order_conf.html

 

so this is very strange because mail sending in general seems to work but not for order confirmation.

 

I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
