Limited Restriction for employee on Image for multishop

Hello, 

 

do anyone know How to restrict user not showing the others image for multi shop?

 

e.g shop 1 user cannot see the image upload from shop 2 ? 

 

 

if it cannot, can i restrict my employee cannot delete the photos in file manager?

 

any coding do i need to add?
