LaneButz Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 My site has about 150 items that I have set up as sale items, so I created a Catalog Rule a few months ago that gives 40% OFF any of our "Hot Buy" items. We now want to offer (via promo code) 40% OFF everything in our store to customers on our email list. I've created a Cart Rule with a promo code that we will use in our next constant contact email blast. The problem I'm having (and I'm sure I can't be the only one with this problem) is this . . . I can't the cart rule to override the catalog rule. It's wanting to take 40% off for the any of our Hot Buy items AND it applies another 40% on top of that when it applies the 40% Promocode. I can't see Hot Buys for 80% OFF. How do I tell a Cart Rule to "not combine" with a Catalog Price Rule? Lane Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
