When setting up shipping I don't seem to be able to setup for a specific country, only a region, such as Oceania. Problem with that is Oceania encompasses countries like New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and they have different rates. Change the zone for the country Australia to the new zone 'Australia Only'. Setup shipping for the new zone 'Australia Only'. Easy, sort of.
