Orders not creating correctly in back office

The last few days i have had order problems. Six orders in total now. The payments process correctly and the orders are created but the carts create empty or partially,the shipping weights are not calculating which means i cant add tracking numbers and the orders don't have a status.

Then when i tried to recreate one of the orders from the paypal details I got this error.

 

It is happening with Paypal and worldpay payments.

 

I have not made any changes to the store lately.

Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?

sorry you have this issue, it's very difficult and time consuming to resolve on forum this type of niggy issue.  You really need a master who can debug/fix.  I can move to job offers if you don't get community assistance just let me know.
