Problems for Mobile Owners

Hello dear Prestashop Community,

 

we got some really big problems. We have around 200 Orders a day and new customers got problems with our system.

 

As we actually know, its only with Tablet and Mobilephone customers. 

 

 

Bugs they told us:

 

Many People cannot registrate a account because, the system says EMAIL WRONG, but its right.

 

 

When people order with Mobilephone Ü Ö Ä its written on html in the invoice or packing slip. (Also only with Mobilephones)

 

 

The biggest Problem is, that they cannot order because it say INVALID EMAIL ADRESS and they type the right one.

 

 

On Personal Cimputers its perfect.

 

 

 

please help us. We are also proud to pay for fixes!

I can have a look and help you to resolve this bug, no worries, we will find a solution. Can you send me address of your website, and the process your customers used in order to get the same bug. I need to do like your customers and get the same problem in order to understand
