Postal service (will ship locally/internationally); 2. Carrier no. 1 (will ship locally only); 3. Carrier no. 2 (will ship internationally only); Because different carriers offer different price rates, I wish to set different amounts, from which free shipping would be offered, let's say: 1. Postal service (20 $ to get free shipping); 2. Carrier no. 1 (100 $ to get free shipping); 3. Carrier no. 2 (200 $ to get free shipping); Is there any way to do this?
