webbusiness23 Posted May 22, 2015 Share Posted May 22, 2015 Hi, I'm using Prestashop 1.6 How can i stop sending emails to customers when the order is changed from back office? Example: if i add a product to an existing order (from backoffice), the client receives an email (order_changed). If i add another product to the same order, the client receives the same email again.
