wlis Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 I had exactly the same problem - cannot retrieve test results, then I left the Profile box empty and this message went away, authorization granted ok but still get another error message: "access token cannot be retrieved" Anybody any idea? I try and check every things I found in this Prestashop Forum. I believe not thing I can do now. Hopefully, there will be an update of this free module since I can not find it in store right now. kdmonk1 Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 I was having the same issue so I downloaded the lasted version: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/natif/4168-ganalytics.html It only requires only the tracking id and once I added it, the Real Time section in Google Analytics started to work!
