How can i create a different layout

Hi,
First of all excuse my bad english but i will try to explain my wish very clearly.

1.I need to know how can i create a front design at my presta template and when i click on "Products" button by example to go on presta default layout column left,center,right column.

There is an example:

if i click on "Specials" on home page it goes to a different layout (with left column ,center,right column)

I hope someone will understand and will offer a solution how to create something similar,any ideea is welcome!
