I can't getting html code WYSIWYG to *.tpl file from custom module. How?

Your question needs some more explanation. Can you give some more detail what you expect in the end? Do you want to set the size of the input field, or something else? Please elaborate some more, or make some sketch or so.

It is not save in a variable formatted html code. in WYSIWYG (in Back-end) I formattted and it's ok, but not saved to HTML-formatted text to text-variable and then I can't show it in *.tpl.
