Payment Error and no postage after payment

Very strange problem here.

 

I'm using PS 1.5 Multistore, but only one new shop is being affected.

 

Checkout looks fine with postage included. When a Customer pays, the order is set to "Payment Error" status stating that the Customer has overpaid, and this is because the order postage amount has been removed from the order. Driving me mad - cannot work out what is going on. I've called WorldPay as I'm using their payment module and they're saying it's definitely a Prestashop problem. Can anyone help?

Wow - no one has ever had this problem? Any idea if it's likely to be a module or theme problem? I'm still using Prestashop v.1.5 - could the module processing have changed so it's sending the wrong info back to Prestashop after payment? This is such a nightmare :(
