HTML Improvements Google webmastertools

In my website i fixed all HTML Improvements last months. Webmaster tools was http and as i moved to https i had to add it as new site in webmaster tools. Webmaster tools now detects in this site almost 100 of errors. Mainly products in 2 categories. While they are the same and also redirect to one product.

 

My question is how am i going to solve this problem?

Im using prestashop 1.6.0.9.

 

Update:

Could it be that google uses my site from its own cache? It iven shows errors to products that are ''removed'' from the site and redirect 301 to other products. But it is strange that they where not showing anymore in the google webmaster tools http version of my site.
