need help with a migration from cpanel server to vpanel plesk

i dont know much of cpnal of plesk im a windows guy 

 

but with prestashop i'm learning and i need your help please

 

my hosting says im migrating from cpanel to vpanel new server so cpanel used subfolder and this new vpanel is different so i do all the migration steps, migrate both files and database and the shop does not work just show 404 error

working fine

 

then on puromtb com is the new one 

 

right now is redirecting to the old because i cannot find a solution but the idea is to have it there

 

people from hosting says is something with .htaccess but when i enter to the www.mydomainname.com it redirect me to /en/ folder and show a 404 page not found error

 

please tell how can i change this file or what i need to do?

Check what your database table PS_SHOP_URL contains, and edit it to match your needs.

 

Have a look at values PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL from PS_CONFIGURATION table.

everything is ok with that tables I needed this solution badly!
