I have done my research but I can not find any information on how to import product with multiple quantity discounts in a CSV file. There is columns for quantity discount... It is possible to add multiple quantity discounts (in PrestaShop called specific prices) via CSV import using the application called Store Manager for PrestaShop. The software is paid, but in case you need to perform the task once or a few times you can use 30-day fully-functional version (download it from the link in my signature).
