At the bottom of the store pages where they're in a list, the re-order has taken effect. In the theme menu bar they have not. That's where I really want them re-ordered. Oddly when you go into it, it shows as Block Top Menu but that's not what it's listed as anywhere else. :-\ Anyways, problem sovled. Thanks.
