What url should I tell PayPal to return too after payment?

Normally (from the doc):

 

{url_of_your_website}/modules/paypal/paypal_login/paypal_login_token.php
ex : http://mywebsite.com/modules/paypal/paypal_login/paypal_login_token.php 

But I got an error with my return url in live mode (works great on sandbox mode) :'(

Client said that paypal said 2-3 days to activate business account so could be that

What Paypal module are you using?  Why are you trying to tell Paypal what URL to return to?

there are 2 places it can go, in paypal -> profile -> auto return url and paypal developers app -> return url. or im going to try leaving them blank and see what happens!
