AJAX problems in some modules

alexpsc

Question

Hello,

I bought and install around 10 modules and I was having problems in AJAX functionalities of all of them.

I talked to the developer of one module and he told me the issue could be caused because the SSL was activated, but the SSL was not activated in my Prestashop Cloud.

After some research from forums, I discover that for the proper operation of AJAX functionalities of many modules, I must log in my backoffice though www.myprestashopcloud.com/office and not through http://myprestashopcloud.com/backoffice

I tried to do that assigning a domain and, yes, all the AJAX issues were solved.

The issue is that there is no way to enter in the backoffice of a Prestashop Cloud if you don't assign any domain, because the platform works with http://example.pswebshop.com and does not work with http://www.example.pswebshop.com

Could anyone tell me if am I right or wrong?

Is it possible to log in my backoffice through http://www.example.pswebshop.com/backoffice? (I can't find the way)

Best regards,

Add "www" or not, should not be the problem, because many shops are stored and running in sub-domains without problem, even my demo store is running in a subdomain and works perfectly (BO & FO): http://demo-ps16.cotoko.com

I think the problem can be the friendly URL, check it.

Also you can try to force the regeneration of the .htaccess file, disable friendly URLs and save, then enable again and save.
