JordanESSystems Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Hello, I've managed to stop the invoice from being sent out to customers when they place an order. What I want to achieve is that when I confirm the order and change the status to preperation in progress, the invoice will get sent on this email. It doesn't work for some reason, see attached for the settings I have in place. Any help is much appreciated.
