Who can help: upgrading PrestaShop™ 1.4.9.0 to newest version

Hi there!

 

Thanks for taking the time.
Im looking for help on this old site i have. www.brokjes.com

Its old. It really needs the newest version prestashop.

But one click upgrade does not work. I've tried it, but no go.

I have back up. But i cant seem to get all orders and customer data and account data in a brand new  presta 1.6. installation.

I CAN get the adresses and orders and names in the new shop, but then they are not connected and customers can't log in anymore. So i have orders which are not connected to any customer. And customers do not show any orders. Also their adresses are not grouped with the right customers.

 

Please help

What version of Prestashop are we talking about here?  If you are looking for paid services, then you might want to post this in the Paid Jobs forums.  Feel free to send me a PM if you are looking for paid upgrade services.

i have used the upgrade module to upgrade from v1.4.9 in the past, and it has worked.

 

if you are looking free assistance, then I would suggest you provide (in detail) what issues you have encountered when doing the upgrade
