"Return products" problem!

I do not know if anyone was struck by this problem, because I have not found any forum discussion on it, so I ask.




I enabled "Product Return" (RMA) from BackOffice, in the "Orders", in the idea of ​​being able to make returns of products to customers.

The procedure in terms of a customer is:

- Logs into an account

- Enter the "Orders"

- Click on an order already made

- Check the box next to the product ordered

- Below is a field name "Returns" or "RMA" where can leave a comment about why do return

- Then click on the "Make an RMA slip" .... and that's all.


My problem is that when i click on any order in my "History Orders", i do not see any checked box next to the product, i do not see either any "Returns" area with that field where i can leave a comment and no button "Make year RMA slip "!?


I also attached here a screenshot with the details.


Does anyone know if can be activated from elsewhere and how can I do to activate this mode Returns?
