Which format do your pictures have, seems that the are not compatible with Prestashop formats (pictures are all empty - 0 kb), which I'm sure is a format compatibility problem of your pictures (OR they are too large and cannot be uploaded in time). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

While this should be already set correctly maybe there is some issue. And also turn Friendly urls ON in Preferences>SEO&URLS. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On cloud /img folder ist not available and you cannot change permissions. i changed them to 64 but still same problem :/ Can you please provide us some of your pictures as samples please ?
