Nur den Block Login oder das komplette displayNav?

Nur den Block Login bekommst du da glaub ich nicht hin, wüsste zumindest nicht wie man das ohne komplettes Umschreiben hinbekommen sollte. Der ist nämlich schon unter displayTop eingehängt und unter displayTopColumn kann man ihn nicht einhängen...

Was du wahrscheinlich machen möchtest, ist die komplette (graue) Navigationsleiste (displayNav) unter displayTop zu bekommen. Dafür solltest es, glaube ich, reichen beide in der /themes/default-bootstrap/header.tpl zu vertauschen.

Also wird aus:

<div class="nav">
	<div class="container">
		<div class="row">
			<nav>{hook h="displayNav"}</nav>
		</div>
	</div>
</div>
<div>
	<div class="container">
		<div class="row">
			<div id="header_logo">
				<a href="{if isset($force_ssl) && $force_ssl}{$base_dir_ssl}{else}{$base_dir}{/if}" title="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}">
					<img class="logo img-responsive" src="{$logo_url}" alt="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}"{if isset($logo_image_width) && $logo_image_width} width="{$logo_image_width}"{/if}{if isset($logo_image_height) && $logo_image_height} height="{$logo_image_height}"{/if}/>
				</a>
			</div>
			{if isset($HOOK_TOP)}{$HOOK_TOP}{/if}
		</div>
	</div>
</div>

Folgendes:

<div>
	<div class="container">
		<div class="row">
			<div id="header_logo">
				<a href="{if isset($force_ssl) && $force_ssl}{$base_dir_ssl}{else}{$base_dir}{/if}" title="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}">
					<img class="logo img-responsive" src="{$logo_url}" alt="{$shop_name|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}"{if isset($logo_image_width) && $logo_image_width} width="{$logo_image_width}"{/if}{if isset($logo_image_height) && $logo_image_height} height="{$logo_image_height}"{/if}/>
				</a>
			</div>
			{if isset($HOOK_TOP)}{$HOOK_TOP}{/if}
		</div>
	</div>
</div>
<div class="nav">
	<div class="container">
		<div class="row">
			<nav>{hook h="displayNav"}</nav>
		</div>
	</div>
</div>
