Create static html home page (index.html) using Prestashop Theme

Is there a way to create a static home page (index.html) using the Prestashop Theme (Header & Footer) for seamless appearance?  If so, how can I embed the theme in the html page?  Where would the source files for the Theme be located?  And, would I just copy the script into the html pages?

As a follow-up, basically, I would like to have my static website home page (mydomain.com/index.html) and my other static html pages (mydomain.com/products.html; mydomain.com/quality.html; mydomain.com/promotions.html; etc..) to contain the same theme (header/footer) that is on the shopping cart side (mydomain.com/prestashop/index.php) to allow for a seamless visual theme transition between the static .html pages and the dynamic shopping cart .php pages.

 

Static .html pages:

mydomain.com/products.html

mydomain.com/quality.html

mydomain.com/promotions.html

etc..

 

Dynamic .php pages:

mydomain.com/prestashop/index.php

etc..
