gretelhome1 Posted March 19, 2015 Share Posted March 19, 2015 We just upgraded to 1.6 and some of our customers are receiving emails with blank fields. Our logo appears at the top and the customers name but there are no products detailed, or any of the customer's information. I've attached an image here that shows a potion of the email someone received. I have no way of knowing what portion of customers are receiving this email. Can anyone help? Thank you. Since I know of two other users with the same problem I submitted a bug report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-5567. I hope anyone encountering the same problem would vote for it and contribute to the discussion. benjie Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 I already searched the forum (which is how I found the two other users who have the same unresolved problem I alluded to in my previous post), and the problem isn't really "links not working". (I know that problem-- related to { and } getting rewritten as %7b and %7d if html purifier is enabled while editing translations, and I fixed it, and then THIS happened) Also, I should have added that I have checked the translations and even reinstalled them, but it didn't help. I managed to fix it eventually, but I'm not quite sure how or why. (reinstalled translations again, disabled html purifier, enabled it, reinstalled my mail module) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It seems that there is a bug in the upgrade process, which removes/doesn't transfer four vital files in the language folder: order_conf_cart_rules.tpl order_conf_cart_rules.txt order_conf_product_list.tpl order_conf_product_list.txt I downloaded the complete PS-package and took the four files from there and copied to my languages folders on the server, and now I have the products back into the order_conf email.
