Geolocation indicates that the file is not installed GeoLiteCity.dat

Good afternoon. I have a problem with geolocation. I noticed it and went after the menu has downloaded a new file for 15/03/15 uploaded it to the specified folder screen attached, but geolocation and will not run, and shows that the file is not loaded. What could be the problem. I prestashop PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 updated on March 8. Time there is a problem about a week ago.

For me, the issue is important, as I have two currencies. One (main) dollar and the hryvnia, for customers with Ukraine should be hryvnia, and shows the dollar because the dollar is worth defaul. Tell me what the problem is.
