Two questions: 1. How can I set this one item to Free Shipping? The shipping cost is included in the final price BUT that applies to customers in Canada only. Other countries will require extra shipping. 2. Anyone have an idea of the best way to charge for this service on a monthly basis? IE, we send out the stock on the last Friday of every month and would like to charge the customer on that day (revolving charge). Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
