Theme Configurator is unusable due to this error.

Hello

 

I am trying to change some html we have in the Hook Top section of our Theme Confiurator module.  I am getting the following error

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module themeconfigurator:
Call to undefined method Tools::purifyHTML()

 

Removed offending line from the code and now the error does not show but nothing gets saved.  So I replaced the offending code and the error returns.

 

I assume it might be looking for htmlpurifier or some such other system.  This error probably began after an module update or something. 

 

Anyone who can help me with this?

Desactivate htmlpurifier on backoffice, usually it solve the problem.

I am not sure where to deactivate htmlpurifier.    I don't see it in the modules.   Can you help a little more.

Sure: settings -> general : Use the library HTMLPUIRIFER

Slide to no and save.

Hello Again 

 

I am using prestashop 1.6.   I looked in Preferences -> General   and  Administration -> Preferences -> General .    I did not see any references to htmlpurifier.   I also did not see any "settings ->General"  

 

sorry to bother...but I am pretty new to prestacart.

Sorry i'm french i've do on the traduction. In english its preferences -> general. Here you'll find "Use HTMLPurifier Library".

Translation is fine.    I just cannot see any reference to htmlpurifier on my "preferences -> General"  Tab.   I am attaching an image of what that tab reveals on my page.
