CMS Editor does not work properly

I have created a cms page with a table in it. I am trying to put a border around my table but it does not show the border in the front end. I can see the border appear when i edit the page but not on the actual site. I have attached images of how my table appears in the back end and front end. I do not know why it is not working. That's not the only problem. My editor does not do much editing on texts. I can change color but when i change size of texts it appears totally different on the site than what it appears in the edit page.
