rong101 Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 Since setting up my shop (Ver. 1.6) I have noticed that occasionally I get 2 orders from the same customer cart with only 1 payment. One possibility relates to the fact that on 2 occasions this has happened the 2 orders appeared to be split by product category. I am not using any paid modules for Product or Product Category. I have been using the All-in-one Rewards module, which is allocating a reward to each order, based on the full amount - effectively getting twice the rewards. I generally have to manually adjust the rewards. However, this issue seems to stem from the fact that there is multiple orders generated for the same cart. Any ideas where to look?
