tuk66 Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 It is not so easy. The address is formatted according to Address format settings in AddressFormat::generateAddress method. You have to replace this method with your own. The same for the upper case name. The other way (not free) is to use the M4 PDF Extensions module where you can freely compose everything in the template (and only template).
