roro_1 Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 Hello, I'm using Prestashop (1.5.5.0). My customer says that disappeared a category and two subcategories from his shop. In case the customer has to error eliminated, how can I retrieve it? Is there a way not even usual to retrieve them? I have to say that does not exist on my server a Backup service. There is to say that it seems to me to be in the database there are data that in frontend there are no more.
