Order confirmation TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /img/tmp/product_mini_3_13.jpg

In last step to confirm order , I have this error :

TCPDF ERROR: [image] Unable to get image: /img/tmp/product_mini_3_13.jpg

 

Please anyone faced that problem , tell me your solution .

Is that permission on server or dedicated path error in code ?

Dear All :

 

Thanks to Allah , I found the solution for that problem and I share it with you if someone face that problem

 

First  I used Prestashop template 1.5 with engine 1.6 

and because error is TCPDF error , I compared between pdf classes in yourshop/classes/pdf in two engines (1.5 and 1.6)

and copy pdf classes from engine 1.5 and put it instead of pdf classes in 1.6 

 

and order confirmation page now work as normal

Well i`m running 1.6 and got the same issue.

I have solved it by removing the mini pics from the invoice

Settings - orders - pdf settings.

 

Can someone help me out to get it working with mini pics?

The payment proces halted on this issue...

And also you can use #this solutions. It was tried for 1.6.0.14 and was successful. if your problem is persists, you can try it, too.

Apparently you can turn off the product pictures on the invoice (Preferences > Orders page) to avoid this error. It seems to be a known issue.
