conidig
Hello, everything was working fine until today in my shop. When i'm making changes to any module, ex. menù bar. the changes are not saved even if the popup notification says they are saved. i tried cleaning cache manually and automatically, i also disabled cache, forced compilation but without results. PrestaHeroes USA
are you using 'file cache'? (bottom of performance page)

PrestaHeroes USA
so you are using file cache? leave it off clear cache etc. When we run file cache module handling will have this behavior. It is such a problem I have free module to warn shop managers https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/377575-free-module-alert-prestashop-file-cache-enabled-disabled-module-page/

PrestaHeroes USA
sorry I am not of much help...you may need to find someone that can look more closely, i.e. hands on for debug.
conidig
now i can't even access to modules page, i turned on debug mode but no errors are showed. PrestaHeroes USA
Sorry you still having this issue. what is your hosting package? I would suspect since everything was working fine and it then just stopped working without any changes that there was a change in the underlying hosting. If you are not heavily vested in this hosting then consider other hosting. You may also consider posting in job offers, here you can find a community member who may able to resolve this sticky issue at a reasonable price so you can focus on your principal business of selling your products.
