PrestaHeroes USA
this is typically a result of bad credentials (if us paypal then make sure business account is email address) and/or you are using sandbox with product credentials. Also when you post make sure to state your ps version, which module you are using and it's version. hope that helps..

PrestaHeroes USA
Hello El Patron Thanks for the reply. Yes im using US paypal. I added an email address [email protected] but this isnt the primary email address, do i need to change this to the primary option. Im using prestashop 1.4.7.3 Holy cow 1.4.7.3 I remember this like it was 1999. I ran same version until 1.6.0.9, served me very well. I skipped 1.5 as a tad slow, though I did solve 1.5 issue with JavaPro. but ps is always improving and move javascript bottom was supported which was a first for any cms ecommerce...so I took leap to 1.6 and as fast as my 1.4...anyway...long story short... back on topic: Yes, please try primary address let us know how it sorts out.
