Adding js from module controller and set pagination for module controller

UPDATE:

Sorry for my dumb question about modules path and adding JS, it's friday end of the week and also end of the day

 

I need pagination for custom query inside my module controller from the db, is Prestashop doing this natively? (in front office not in back office. I'm already using the helperList for pagination in backoffice)
