Multistore and Taxes

Hi,

 

i have an eshop based on PS 1.5.6.1 and i want to do the following:

I want to have an eshop for retail customers (the one i have right now) and one for business customers only.

The shop for business custoners will show prices only after login.

I want to have different TAX rules for each shop and the ability for customers to choose if they want to see prices with TAX or without TAX. Products and availability will be the same for both shops.

Is that possible with multistore function or i need something else?

Furthermore i think to upgrade to 1.6 or to do a fresh installation.
Is there a way migrate customers, orders and products from 1.5.6.1 to 1.6?
