Exist a module for create a "Posting day fixed"

Hello Prestashopers,

 

I'm searching a module for create a posting day fixed. I don't want send every day, I want accumulate orders

and send the same day that I (the owner) fix (maybe five or six fixed days a year).

 

Do you know if exist a module like this?

Do you know how I can create this conditions in Prestashop?
