Authorize .Net taking separate transaction for Tax Rule payment while placing order

Scenario:

Using 1.5.0.3 PS version.

For payment gateway i m using/installed Authorize .Net module .

Also i have created Tax Rule for some states in USA as that will charge the customers depending upon the shipping address.

 

Now let take a simple order that valued $100 amount and $10 for Tax rule extra charge.

When customer going for payment via Authorize net module then system will take separate transaction for single order.

That means $100 for one transaction and $10 for second transaction.

Also in backend, order detail page shows "not paid" status in red bold fonts.
