No visible products in Backend->Orders

Hello,

I've got a problem with some of the clients orders. Everything looks fine from client side - they can order products, add them to cart, then choose the method of payment and finally confirm the order.

 

When I go to backend, to see the orders, and when I click in particular order, sometimes (20-30% of orders) I cannot see the products inside this order. I can see the price of whole order, clients data, but not products (there is no info about products). 

However - I can see those products in clients cart. 

 

I've turned on the bug report in defines.inc.php file - no errors so far.
I've reinstalled hte "payment" modules (cashondelivery, eCard, bankwire), but it didn't helped. 

I did try to change the database - effect is the same.

My PS version is 1.6.0.9 and I am using custom theme - Pos-Sahara3.

 

Please, help me with some advice.
