Missing Category

Would anyone know why, One of my categories is missing. Its enabled in the back office. But in the front office I cannot see the category anymore.  Im using prestashop 1.6.0.8

Can anyone help me with this?

1. Actually I noticed that one of my urls for one of my categories from the root is missing. I get 404 error. (products are still there in the BO).But no show in the FO.

2. And in the back office I cannot add any more categories to the root. There is no radio button on the root file to add a category there..

3. When I actually added a category under another category, it doesnt show in the front office.

maybe you dont enable for all customer groups, edit and check if is available for all customers

Hi Shacker,  I bought the prestashop speed from you. All groups are all checked.. The url doesnt work anymore

hi,send me a pm with the bo access and i check it
