pxloft
Hi, I am trying to create a virtual download for an album. So I am putting the album into a zip file as the download. However, I am getting an error stating that file is not found on server. (See screen shot attached). PLEASE HELP!
PeterVajda
Hi, It may sound like a dumb advice, but did you locate the .ZIP file thru FTP client? Is the file on the server?
pxloft
HI Peter! Thanks for your reply. After several attempts to upload a .zip file, it still gives me that error and NO FILE CAN BE LOCATED ON THE FTP CLIENT. NOTHING IS ON THE SERVER. Please help! Thank you, Savion
pxloft
I also just tried to upload a .zip file as a virtual product on a freshly clean installed Prestashop, and the error was replicated. Does Prestashop not allow .zip files for virtual products?? This is so much harder than it should be... Thank you for your help. Thank you, Savion
pxloft
Hi PeterVajda. I have figured it out. When I uploaded the files via ftp, because they don't have an extension they were transferred with the file type ASCII and not Binary. Thanks for your help!
