JP Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 Bonjour,j'ai installé PRESTASHOP j'ai ajouté un article dans la boutique pour tester, mais quand je visite la boutique et que je clique sur 1 article j'ai ce message : Il y a 1 erreur : 1. vous n'avez pas accès à ce produit Et je n'arrive donc pas à accéder à la fiche du produit... Oron Posted January 25, 2010 Share Posted January 25, 2010 BonjourVérifier tout d'(abord dans le back office si l'article est bien enregistré, si l'url rewriting est activé (voir aussi fichier .hyaccess), et dans la partie seo s'il y a bien le nom du fichier.Où tout simplement le supprimer et le recréer si ce n'est que ce produit. This is related to group permissions.Go to Admin > Customers > Groups, and set all customers to the group.You can also do this in the database in "ps_groups. vhellers Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Si comme moi vous avez importé vos clients d'une précédente version, il faut trouver tous les clients concernés : SELECT id_customer FROM `presta_customer` where id_customer not in (select id_customer FROM `presta_customer_group`) Puis exporter et les insérer INSERT INTO `Mabase`.`presta_customer_group` (`id_customer`, `id_group`) VALUES ('94', '3'), …..
