Authorize.net is not showing in the quick order page

hello

I installed the Authorize.net payment gate and I created an account and it is now live. but it is still not showing in the payment options in the quick order page.

i checked the positioning and it is there.

even when i try to change the default order status it doesn't change. but the log in name and the keys are updated fine.

am I missing anything still?
