Loyalty and rewards module overrides

Hi, 

 

I am having trouble overriding the loyalty rewards module controller.

 

I have copied the default.php file and placed it in my_theme/modules/loyalty/override/controllers/front/default.php, but when I make any changes they don't appear so I assume the override isn't working and its using the modules standard controller.

 

Can someone let me know how I can do this please.

Hi, i don't think that you can override a module controller as you can override the core controllers. Maybe you can just duplicate the module and modifiy what you want inside or save the old default.php and create a new one in the original module like that if you update the module, you will just need to reinsert your modifications in the updated default controller
