www.mydomain.mx not working.

Hi.

 

I had configured my own domain as the instructions said. I configured my DNS with the A record pointing to the correct IP address. Now in my browser I can see my store if I write "mydomain.mx", but I cannot see my store if I write "www.mydomain.mx"

 

What else should I do?

If you have access to the FTP, you could edit the htaccess file to redirect the traffic to mydomain.mx

Hi Galce,

 

You can add the domain www.mydomain.mx the exact same way you added mydomain.mx. Once it's active just select it as your primary domain.
