TinyMCE Black Window

First, yes, DID search...I read about 15 pages of posts that apprently matched my search, but in reality had nothing to do with it. I did 3 different searches, in 3 different forums....90% of them were not in English ( even though I was in the English forums).
Anyway...I noticed I had a broken image in one of my CMS articles. When I went to fix it I got the article as html first...then a brief "flash" of it not in html...then the edit window went black.
I couldn't screen capture the brief bit, but I did grab the other 2.
I DID search, and read MANY posts, but found nothing to do with a "black" edit window.
( I am using the latest Presta)

I hope someone has found the solution, and if I didn't find it, it wasn't for lack of trying ( I've spent over an hour reading posts and searching)
