CSV import, and then:

Product->link_rewrite is empty for default language

What is causing this?

Try to re-activate english in Tools->Languages. Some versions of presta have hardcoded language id.

Thanks, currently I have:

Back Office >> Tools >> Languages

1 English (English) en active Edit Delete
2 Français (French) fr active Edit Delete

The default language used in shop English (English)

Version 1.2.4.0


What is safest way to re-activate English? (Do I still need to?)
I do not want to make any changes that would disrupt hard-coding I have done.

I had the same problem with the import. For me the problem was that the file was not UTF-8 encoded. After I changed the encoding the error was not displayed anymore.

Explicación del Problema:
al intentar editar muestra link_rewrite is empty
esto sucede cuando existe varias traduciones del producto que no existe.
 
Solución del Problema
 
Eliminar de la tabla ps_product_lang  las traduciones que no existe.
 
PASO 01
 
identificar el idioma valido:
dirigirse a localización / idioma : Tomar en cuenta el ID del idioma activo.  Ejémplo: ID: 4
esto nos servirá para no eliminar la traducción activa. OJO Si te eliminas la traducción activas te eliminaras todo el contenido de tus productos.
 
PASO 02
 
ingresar al mysql a la tabla ps_product_lang  / en la pestaña comandos ejecutar esta sentencia. remplazado el ID del idioma que no existe. es decir si tu idioma activo esta el 4 eliminar lo siquiente:

 
DELETE FROM ps_product_lang where=1

DELETE FROM ps_product_lang where=2

DELETE FROM ps_product_lang where=3

 

OJO PARA NADA ELIMINAR TU IDIOMA ACTIVO
